Girlfriend/wife or guitar, if one had to go.

If the Universe choose you to make a decision between your most prized and loved guitar or your girlfriend/wife and one had to go, which would it be?

considering my wife buys me most of my guitars, i'd be pretty silly to give her up. it'd be like killing the goose that lays the golden egg!

complain as i might, she's a good ol' stick.

if it was my wife then the guitar, if it was my girlfriend (short period of time) then the girlfreind, but look at the disadvantages, you won't be able to get love and get laid while you can just save money and buy another guitar...

girlfriend/wife = love (one of thing u can't measure, but still it's most expansive u've got in this world)

guitar = profession/hobby nothing more. (hmmm.... what to measure it? well.... max 5M$ for J.H. Statocaster)

so, one more time: GIRLFRIEND!!!

I supose this is intended to mean that you either have a woman or a guitar and that if you choose one you can't have ANY of the other (including different models).

I'd keep my guitars

I'd say that if you voted girlfriend/wife. Then you are desperate to get laid!

For me it came down to spending time with the band at practice/shows, or with the girlfriend... being that i also work full time and go to night school. I chose to keep the band, and we've been kickin ass since. Sure I miss her, we were together 3 years, but you all know how it is with music, you just can't give it up.

I think it makes sense. If you have a girlfriend that, well, is just good enough that you won't break up with her right now, then, well, if it comes down to her and the guitar, its clear that you need to kick her to the curb and keep the lump of wood
