I think i just googled Ibanez Jem or something to find information when i was determined to get one. And that led me here

Similar story to you actually, but what intrigued me more was every time there was a link on google from this site, the text read something like:

(Actually.. all joking aside, André vaguely remarked that he'd been arrested last time he was here. Not a clue what for. He always seemed like a nice chap so here's hoping that if he is in the slammer that he's not got a cell-mate that's twice the size of him and armed with a piece of mistletoe if you get my meaning

I was looking for info on the RG20th's. I heard this place being talked about on Ibanez.com's forum so I decided to join up.
I had found it before, when I was thinking about getting a custom made swirl JEM but I never looked into the forum. Just the pictures of the JEM's on the main page for colour ideas.

Oh yeah! Dr Dre was such a staple of this site. That would be bad news if he was in the slammer, and yeah Dave, even worse if his cell mate had the ol' mistletoe belt buckle.

I know Andre seems to take a little ribbing for his posting, but it's a loss to the site that he is no longer here. He was always positive and good natured. Hope he is doing ok

I can't actually remember how I found myself here tbh. I had only been playing guitar for a few months, and was just doing some research into Ibanez and the various models and stuff, and before I knew it I was here. And come January it will be my 5th year, and boy have things changed since then. Especially the personnel. A few of the older guys are still hanging around though.
