Re: How often do you change the strings?

It depends on a lot of factors. How often I play. How aggressive I play. If I use different tunings. If I use my whammy bar or not. But in general, I think every two or three months or so. But it varies.

Re: How often do you change the strings?

on average about once every month or so, eccept during the summer when the humidity rusts them like the Titanic after 1 playing...

The longest I ever went was when I used DR Blues, those bad boys lasted like over 5 months..they just look like ass when the blue rubs off the picking areas..

I change string every 2 months, not cause the string last that long but cause I'm a lazy bugger, but normally after 1 month the string is already dead but I just keep on wacking it

Re: How often do you change the strings?

Once a week or two weeks depending on the level of activity. If there's gigs afoot then strings get changes a lot.

Re: How often do you change the strings?

Depends on how often I play the guitar. I use Ernie Ball strings and D'Addario. Super Slinkeys on one of my 570's,my jackson D'Addario's 10's on the rest.

Re: How often do you change the strings?

I change mine every 2 gigs. I share bass duties but i still like to change em just incase one ever broke mid-song. Plus i practice on it up until the day of a gig so......
