Question

Ibanez universe

How come there's only one UV nowadays? Of course, the thing is beautiful, but why don't we have any more choices? I'd really like it if they made some more UV's available. What are your thoughts on this?

Vai doesn't use the UV since 93/94, and i think a 12-years un-used Signature model is a nonsense. also there are some great 7-stringers out there, so i think Ibanez should invest their money elsewhere.

i would like to see a new design personally. not that i've known about the guitars as long as some people on here, but i do know that The current UV has been running for about 8+ years, and some people would like a change. the model is beautiful, or else i wouldn't own one. but i would also like to see a new UV to drool over in the catalogues.

it's definatly time for a change.

most people say (apart from the UVMC) that the UV777PBK is the best UNIVERSE, but thats very likely cause it's the only one Ibanez has made so far with an AANJ
