Is it worth it?

This is just to go along side the "How much is your rig worth?" poll. Someone said this would be an interesting addition. Tell us if your rig is mosly worth the money or if you bought too much junk/stuff you never use.

I don't have the money to hold onto anything- if I want something new I have to sell something to pay for it. So I only have things that i use regularly.

Re: Is it worth it?

i use everything i have, because i'm not able to afford that many things quickly. also, it's very hard for me to let go of something i bought because of all the work i put into saving for it. i don't get how people can just buy and sell guitars as if they don't matter. to me, everything i have is for life.

Atm I spend alot on things I know I need or I would use alot but I still have alot of useless crap lying around from a while ago that isnt even practical to sell. I do use everything I have plugged into my main rig but theres alot more heaped in draws and everywhere really.

Re: Is it worth it?

I use everything at SOME point, but I don't know if I can justify all of my pedals since mostly I just use my TS, delay and maybe the wah. The EH Muff has fallen a bit out of favor since I can coax that sound out of my Mesa and I don't really use that tone that much anyway.

You bet. I don't buy stuff impulsively. Nor do I buy guitars, of which I know they're not going to be used by me much. So yeah, it's worth it.
