I've seen some of those shows on the food network, where these guys are cooking everything on the grill. (Stuff I never would have thought of like veggies, and cake etc.)
Nothing like some meat with BBQ sauce and a little Beer basting though!

Yeah, Bobby Flay is the bomb. I use gas. Super easy. Tastes great. But nothing beats a good old campfire.

Actually, LP GAS is far easier to use and supposed to be healthier (no carcinogens)
But coals taste sooo much better! (I know, if it tastes good it's bad for ya)
If ya ask me, WOOD in a campfire makes for the best taste!
Errr.....thanks man....now I gotta go light that grill
+1

I love BBQing. Nice pic, makes me hungry. I like regular coal charcoal but wood charcoal too, I voted coal.

You asked for it...HERE'S DA BEEF!!!
First, they sit on the grill... Ahhhhhh can you hear the sizzling and smell them smoky wood charcoals soak in the meat with Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce & Texas Red Hot & Blue Hot BBQ Sauce with garlic, EVOO and green onions?
Next it's the reward... *drool*
Now it's time to eat them steaks with roasted yellow peppers and a glass of red wine! Mmmmmmm. Hopefully the wife will be in Heaven during (and after
) the meal.
Happy Barbecuing Everyone!
Paul

I can't speak for everyone, but it looks right to me. Or maybe I just like a lot of sauce on my BBQ!

You know people, when you say "American" or "America" your meaning not just the United States, but all of North and South AMERICA. U.S isn't America, just a part.
Just stating a fact.

The JD sauce is real good. It's what I use on my steaks now, but only because they discontinued the Jim Beam sauce
That ruled!! But I spose the $ 6.00 price tag for a small bottle is what did them in. So JD it is.
Now STOP making me hungry Paul!! I've gained ten pounds since you started this thread
Off to light the grill.........
