Jemoholic's Twisty Thing
Which is better the "edit" one or the "new post" one.
It's time to choose a side, no sitting on the fence this time, only ONE can win.
Unless it's a tie, I guess.

Re: Jemoholic's Twisty Thing

I voted edit.

Re: Jemoholic's Twisty Thing
New post twirly. The edit post twirly implies that I would be wrong and need correcting, which just doesn't happen

Re: Jemoholic's Twisty Thing
You need to make a new poll to officially determine whether it's called a "twistie" or a "twirlie"

Re: Jemoholic's Twisty Thing
I've never seen the 'New post' twirly thing. But I think this one is cooler than the 'edit' twirly thing:
www.quilts.com
Be sure to watch closely the first time you go to this page, because when you go there the second time, it goes so fast you can hardly see it. Or it's just not there
.
Kind regards,
Myst and rain

It's obviously a twirl. Twist implies something else....like "twisted wires" or "twisty road". Twirl implies more of a round shape. And it's definately not a swirl. It looks nothing like the swirl guitars I've seen.
I voted Post twirl. It's more in your face. The edit twirl is a little more refined, but I like the bold statement the posting twirl makes better.
Twirl away........

But would it not also qualify as a "whirl"? Such as in a "whirl"pool?
The object of much attention here and great scrutiny as to it's significance resembles the afore-mentioned whirlpool in exacting detail.

I do not think it 'whirls' as such. It does not move fast enough to whirl. I think it is a leisurely twirl.

EDIT: Just saw the 'post' twirl. I am shocked and disheartened to find that it does not appear if you click 'post reply' and type your reply. Only 'quick reply's seem to be graced with a twirl. Equality for posters!
