Re: JPM & EBJPMM

This is such a tough point, because I think somewhere in the middle it would work for me.

I think a BFR in mystic dream with an Ibanez neck and trem would be my fave

Re: JPM & EBJPMM

JPM for me. In fact it's the only "company" guitar I really like. I was kinda disappointed when JP switched to Ernie Ball, although I've played both and the EB plays better. But since we said aesthetically, my votes for the JPM.

Ibanez. The EBMM headstock is really, really out of proportion.

Here's a cool close up pic of the Ernie Ball. I think it looks really cool.

I'm actually somewhat surprised that so many people don't dig the looks of it.

Re: JPM & EBJPMM

Meh. Both axes are lovely in their own regard and completely different I find. The EBJPMM is definitely a more matured axe with its elegance and refined look while the JPM is definitely fit for progressive rock with its modern art paint scheme and jagged looks. Personally, aesthetically speaking, the JPM and EBJPMM could be the signature axes of two completely different musicians.

I love both and want one of each, but my vote went to the JPM simply because it's an Ibby.
