Motorbike Stunts (Knievels)

Who is/was better, the father Evel for being the first/originator or Robbie who completed more and some bigger jumps than his father? Evel, used a heavier & slower bike. Robbie used a faster, lighter, and more advanced bike, but I believe he jumped more and further than his father. Who is better?

The father had more Guts & less brains than the son did, but I thing Evil was better at the Jumps because he had heavyer bike's to Jump car's, bus's ect with & he broke more bone's in his body too!

While Robbie now has technology that Dad didn't have...faster, lighter motorcycles, better quality ramps, etc etc....It was Evel that was out there before anyone else doing what nobody else had the balls to do.

Evel Knievel was the man! He was totally fearless. The man put himself in a rocket with wheels and launched his ass over a freakin canyon. Evel invented the X-Games 15 years before ESPN even went on the air.

I've never been able to understand the motivation that drives people to attempt a stunt that could end their life in an instant.
