bearshare, it's fast and good. viruses are there but easy to see with common sense.

limewire pro, like said above virus' are there but you can tell if you look, they all seem to be the same file size and some come when your trying to download software. which is why i use it.

yeah go torrent whenever but for regular p2p i find bearshare better than limewire
