There are many classic rock bands not listed and for what is listed, it's very hard to choose just one.
I'd go for ZZ Top or The Stones.

i used to go to school with mick ralphs' son (mick ralphs as in the bad company guitarist in case any of you dont know!!!!)
that said, i still voted for deep purple, especially in their latest incarnation with the mighty steve morse!!!!
