Contrary! They only work well with light weight items.

Re: Styrofoam Packing Peanuts?

A friend/co-worker was driving home and had a couple boxes of peanuts in the backseat. He had a hefty fiesta style lunch that produced gruesome gas and after letting some loose he had to crack the car window to keep from gagging, forgetting about the OPEN boxes in the backseat. His car immediately filled with flying peanuts like a popcorn popper and he was barely able to safely pull over. There was a trail of peanuts from where he opened the window all the way to where he had to pull over. Luckily they were the corn starch kind.

I would like them much better if people would put the product being shipped in a bag to protect it from the little critters, or bag them up.

A bit chewy and not as much flavour as ordinary peanuts!

That's because they come unsalted. Give them a dash of the ol' NaCl and you're good to go!

That's funny, I could almost visualize it.
