I saw them live at "Clash of the Titans" with Megadeth, Slayer and Testament in 1990.

Probably one of the best gigs I have seen.

Really good band, and at least 2 tracks are on my Ipod at any one time.

I think rocky is underrated. Maybe unheard of.

Re: Suicidal Tendencies

Rocky George is one of my all time favorite guitarist. His unique playing was something I always thought seperated him from the rest of the bunch back in the days. I was a fan since 88' when I saw a video of theirs, "Trip at the Brain" from their album 'How Will I Laugh Tomorrow When I Can't Even Smile Today". It was debuted on Headbangers Ball..and if I remember right, somewhere around that time Adam Curry had them on there as special guests. I may even still have the VHS/VCR tape of that specific Headbangers Ball since I was known to tape every show obsessively. Still one my top favorite guitarist to this day, his unique style can still be heard in the newer Fishbone material.

Wow i was just looking at one of their videos on the tube.
Man! they have always rocked and Rocky is a great guitarist.
Infectious Grooves was the same band and they had some stuff that was awesome also.
They were one of my favorites from when i was growing up.

Wow, haven't heard this band's name in years! I must see if I have any of their music and give it a listen.

Re: Suicidal Tendencies

I think another thing I forgot to mention is how ST music has never gotten dated sounding ( the older material at least from 'How Will I Laugh..' and up). To me it sounds as if it could still be something that could be released today and fit in quite well. That whole era of that band was just so unstoppable. ST!

Best,
~D~

Re: Suicidal Tendencies

I saw them live also back in the late 80's...I think they either opened for Queensryche on the Operation Mindcrime tour, or it was with Metallica...was awsome..that I do remember!

Re: Suicidal Tendencies

Awesome! Love ST in their metal years. You Can't Bring Me Down is a personal favourite.
