I am English/British, so obviously my favourite food is curry. I have had curry in quite a few coutries, and nothing comes close to the British Raj style for me.

I cook a lot, and I guess that I mostly cook more French or Italian/Mediterranean, with a bit of Chinese or Thai. Most Sundays is a full roast though, and there is nothing finer than that.
had you tried phall

No, the hottest I ever went was Vindaloo. It is a bit much for me, but whilst I could still taste, it was delicious.

My best mate was in training to get to a phall. Our local curry restaurant (where we were pretty regular) were gradually spicing up is Vindaloos to get him comfortable. I think he was going for a Tindaloo then a Phall. He was advised to eat it on the Friday and not plan anything for the weekend.

Actually the hottest thing I ever had was a Thai Green Curry in the food court of the shopping mall in Queenstown, New Zealand. That was vicious.

I did eat curry for every meal for 2 weeks once.

Greek, for great Greek food and atmosphere, the Danforth in Toronto can't be beat.

I am totally in love with Chinese food, particularly the noodles, fried rice and dimsum.

Brazilian, Surinamese, Carribean, Mexican, Cajun, Tex/Mex
+Portugese, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch
+Indian, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese
+Moroccan, South African

I cooked Indonesian style (chicken with fresh peppers and cucumbers) last night, but tonight is going to be Mexican. (flour tortillas w/ pork filet mignon)

oh and btw applie pie is obviously Dutch, dunno why you put that under American
1) even in the US the good stuff is known as Dutch Apple Pie
2) you guys don't have the correct apples. sorry.

Heresy! Apple pie is the complete creation of Uncle Sam, do not feed me your lies about pie being dutch and ESPECIALLY don't diss our apples

well..., one could argue that Uncle Sam, via Brother Jonathan and Yankee Doodle has Dutch roots too.

Also, having lived close to Julian, California -known for some of the best apples in the country- I can attest that even the most pie worthy apples in the USA are no match for the preferred Dutch variety.

Apple pie is cool but you have to have the right ones. Not the ones with hard pieces in them that hurt your teeth.

I actually had a home made pie the other day. It was delicious. Incomparable with what you buy in the supermarket!

The only problem with your list is that is basically a Fake. None of those foods are ethnic. Mexican food is the crap they sell you here as Mexican. Mix beans with some cheese in it and is Mexican. American Food is much broader than that. Think Thanks Giving for Christ sake. you just have that mentality that everything in the U.S. is bad, that's foolish.
Japanese. Do you really want to eat Fubo. Or is it Whale?
Chinese, Who the F... told you China was on San Francisco.
Italian. That's a hard one to catch. They get for breakfast my entire meal during the day.
