my son and I have:

2 cats
1 siberian husky
1 black bear hamster
1- 55 gal freshwater tank
1- 30 gal goldfish tank
1- 33 gal freshwater tank
1- 10 gal quarantine/hospital tank

I have various fish which include black moor, lionhead goldfish, australian rainbows, peppered cories, high finned pleco, gouramis, tiger barbs, cherry barbs, swordtails, angelicus catfish, pictus catfish, buenos aires tetras, panda cories, apple snails, red tail shark, bristlenose pleco.

this is Mikey the c0ckatiel. He's very sweet and dog-like, but without all the smell and barking and having to be let outside.



we also have a parakeet and a guinea pig, but Mikey's the coolest.

We just rescued a chocolate lab last week, very nice fella. 2 1/2 years old, about 100 pounds, named Rocky. He has caught three squirrels int he backyard in the week we've had him, so he also provides entertainment. We were vcleaning up the backyard yesterday and I found a 10 foot tree branch behind the shed, and sure enough, Rocky fetches it and brings it back when you throw it. We also have a rabbit, named Wascally Wabbit. The rabbit is incredibly cool; much nicer than I would have thought before actually getting one. I've always had dogs and love them, but we took the rabbit as a baby because a friend had 10 and needed some homes for them. It is a lot more dog like than cat like, and it will run right up to you when you come in (though we've had to keep her in her cage with the new dog...I have to figure something out for Wascally to get her some safe freedom.) Love the wabbit though
We also have a Russian Dwarf hamster named Ivana Escapemacage. It's a hamster, not a lot of interaction there And 3 Oscars, all about 11" now, and 5 fairly large plecos in with the Oscars. We had 40 goldfish on Friday, but we have 40 goldfish every Friday

I used to have a dog that was half border collie and half black lab named Jude. She was so smart she opened doors and stuff. It was a bit annoying but she never tore stuff up. I loved that dog I cried when I had to take her the the pound cause my dad was sick of her.

But thankfully my buddies sister took her instead and taught her to be a working dog on the farm.

got no pets now, 'cause I live in a Japanese apartment.

I have three cats: one big fat old girl named Hannah and some 1 year old brother and sister kits that we rescued named Daisy and Jester.

They're all pretty cool. My family wants a dog, but we live in town and have a small yard, so guess who would end up picking up the crap?????

Ferret/Mongoose ? They are not even the same animal at all.

Ferrets are domesticated and have been longer than cats!!! Mongoose are not domesticated and live in the wild.

I dont see you putting Cats/tigers. The same holds for the ferret.

The ferret is a very close relative of the polecat, but it is as yet unclear whether it is a domesticated form of the European Polecat, the Steppe Polecat, or some hybrid of the two.

This is a big misconception and needs to be squashed!!!
