Piano defenitely.
I took it for a little while in school, and I found I was quite good at it, and I enjoyed it. But other things were just more important at the time and I had to stop. I had football, guitar and other things to keep me busy.
But I would take it up again if I had the time, and wasnt focussing on guitar.

I think I would have gone with the violin, my grandfather used to play long ago.

You should've put "keyboard" on the list because that's what I would play. You just can't beat the versatility of one of those huge freakin keyboards that can sound like any instrument out there.

Re: What will you play if guitar doesn't exist in this world
I'd go with the violin, an electric would be nice. I wonder what a violin would sound like with distortion? (I've been playing the violin for 4 years!)
