Where is your guitar slung?

Hey - just a goofy poll to see where people wear their guitars. Have some fun, post some funny pictures, and lets see what happens . . .

Re: Where is your guitar slung?

Midsection for me. I used to have it lower, but like it says in the poll: my technique suffered. I remember, Joe Satriani said on his site around the time of the SBM tour he was going to wear it higher than he used too, because of technique.

This is about the hight I have it. Maybe a little lower.

Funny you should ask - you're not coming on to me are you? Haha - well right now mines just above my midsection - and I voted as much. I just like to see what others think. Also I think Al Pitrelli looks damn cool with his Explorer almost scratching the floor in the "Rude Awakening" DVD. I'll try and post a picture.

I've seen Zakk Wylde have his guitar at just above his knees. I just can't play that way at all. Maybe only power chord progressions.

I have mine right about on top of my tummy. I'd wear it higher, but my strap doesn't go that far

The neck pup is more or less the same height as a belt buckle for me - but I change as the mood takes me.

Re: Where is your guitar slung?

My mid section. Eventhough it looks much cooler to have your guitar slung somewhere between your knees and your midsection, it is difficult to play and shred your guitar that low....
