Which do you prefer??? The Beatles or The Rolling Stones???

I have been asked this question by two different people today, so I pose the question to Jemsite.

Of the two, which bands music do you prefer:

1) The Beatles
OR
2) The Rolling Stones

I've always been more to the Stones - I rellly like most of their music, regardless of the period.

I like the Beatles as well, but. although they wrote some great songs back in their early days, I can only take a limited dosis of "Can't buy me Love" "Twist and Shout" (even though those are really good songs)

...so in the end I must say the Stones - they did write "Sympathy for the Devil", "Brown Sugar" "You Can't Always Get what you want" etc...after all

If all boy bands would put up albums like "Magical Mystery Tour", "White Album" "Sgt. Pepper...." the world would be a much better place...That said, I still voted Stones...

I really like both. I've seen the stones live.

however, if i was to be sent to a desert island with the music of either or, I'd pick the Beatles, at least at this point in my life. But the stones totally rock.

Wow that's a hard one man...

I'm a huge Beatles fan but the Stones are also high on my list

I voted Beatles cause they were the first + a couple of other reasons...

Tough choice. Im going wuth the Beatles. I think the Stones are the kings of rock though because they are still around and still rockin'.

if im trying to fall asleep, the beatles. if for some reason i ever felt like killing myself, the stones. both of those bands do nothing for me.

STONE's!!! rule!!! just take a listen to Kiss song's, you can hear both band's music in there song's -I never liked the Beatle Bug's but each to there own taste for music,
