Which would you buy?
S7320 or S470DXQM-BLB
I'm going crazy deciding between these 2.

Re: Which would you buy?
It's the obvious isnt it; do you want a seven or a six? Try them out. 7's open new doors, but they might not be for you.

Re: Which would you buy?
I don't have a 7 but would love one. I do have 3 black guitars but would not want another one. I def want an S- series.
I have no way of trying them out. Unless I travel to the US which will be around the time my kidz leave the nest in say 20 years
The ONLY Ibanez we get around here are GRG's. So I have to rely on you guys for help.

This might help.

I own an S470, and I have to say that it's really cool, but there might be even better guitars you could buy for the same money.
You could check out some Yamahas RGXs, Aftershock. I think they may have a better sound in them, than an S with Infinity pick ups.
Infinities are great clean, but overdriven they are somewhat muddy. Now, of course you could change the pick ups, but that would cost more money.

Re: Which would you buy?
This is a
Yamaha RGX
. It costs 339 Euros, which is less than an S.
Anyway, just a tip.

Re: Which would you buy?
LOL thats what I thought. I have placed a deposit for the 470 from MattsMusic. but my original GAS attack was the 7320. After seeing pics of the BLB at sweetwater.com and seeing reviews of the neck being off the body, I'm getting cold feet on the BLB and am starting to bo back to the 7320. This is why I'm going nutz!!!!

Re: Which would you buy?
I really wouldn't worry. My S is a very sturdy instrument.

Re: Which would you buy?
Black is a colour that has to be liked by the user. Personally I think just plain black is a bit bland, then again I'm not buying.

S7320 - By all account they are awesome!
Plus, it's a 7. You get an extra string for your money.
