1999 Jem 7VWH

Hey guys, I have an opportunity to buy one in almost new old stock condition. Did these have ebony boards? Also any known issues with these?
What would the approximate value be? Comments good or bad are appreciated

The 99 has the lopro and the ebony board (They switched in 04), Go fer it, Thats a pretty sweet deal

Thanks for the reply is 1400.00 ok price wise? I did own a 2005 7VWH am am regretting selling it....I love ebony boards as well
