2 Way Truss Rod for universe and custom neck builds

Hello all, i'm looking at making some 7 string necks universe style and was wondering if anyone had tried or installed 2 way truss rods into them? . I just don't trust these Chinese manufacturers, I've seen some shocking work over the last 12 months. I live in Australia and 7 string parts and what not are hard to come by I just figured I'd start building my own necks and bodies, I have access to CNC routers. I have some plans etc etc. Any advice much appreciated.

I have, same rods as in the 6 strings and they work fine.
try luthiers mercantile and look for the two way rods (about $25), you may have to look for something similar in oz though !
well if you cant import from the US

Yeah, the LMI rods are good. So is the Stewart Macdonald Hot-Rod.
