If they do bring out a new jem for 2010, it will have a floating trem for certain. Otherwise I dont see the point in another jem with a hardtail.

Well 2010 is the 20th anniversary of PAW's release.

I don't see Steve going for figured tops either, he's always been very keen on the solid finishes of one kind or anoher.

What I would like to see is "colour of the year" on the guitar in addition to the "classic" white and gold livery. That wasy fter every few years, everyone wil have seen at least one colour scheme that they like.

I have to admit I love the fact that the Petrucci Musicman comes in a host of different colour options, I know that's not at all how Ibanez works, but I can't help but think it would be a sales booster.

Did anybody see the new finish on Vai's Jem on the October cover of Guitar Player? Thought it was interesting and a nice change up. Maybe that's a candidate?
