Even more ridiculous than $6000 original 1959 PAFs.

Edit: Considering how low the value of the dollar is though, it doesn't surprise me. But still, that's quite a hefty sum!

$6000 is a good price usual going price is around $9000

When you look at the price difference between an orginal 59 LP and one with out the orignial part, it's well worth the money for the parts

Actually they're $59 knobs, or that would be the equivalent where they were sold and bought. Just because the dollar is worthless these days doesn't mean the rest of the world should care what it would cost us.

A guy who takes lessons with my friend was offered over $350K for his by Gruhn, and his was beat to sht.

Hahaha when I saw topic I thought that they will be gold plated, with vine inlays, and some other super-cool stuff

but they are just plain simple plastic ones...

keep in mind that inspite the fact that $ is very cheap now our (EU) prices were are and I think that will be sick. And for example some guitars are twice as expensive

( mine RG2550 bought for 1700$, the price didn't change till now).

another funny thing about prices

i recently checked out Carvin's website, v3 and legacy combos for 1000$. Yeah pretty cool. went to local music shop, found v3 combo, price: 3000$ ;]

i bought these knobs... They are expensive i do realise. But consider that these are impossible to find...

I guess for me its as close as Im gonna get to a DNA for a while.hehe... The volume knobs.

Holy cow, 100 bucks for knobs...that's ridiculous in my opinion, but if theyre super rare and its for a collectors guitar or something I guess I understand. I personally love the Q-parts dome knobs, theyre beautiful and only 10-12 bucks a piece
