an all black universe with white pyramids.

I remember years ago (about the time of the Black album) seeing a video of him playing a RG550 or similar - all black obviously.

I think it was the documentary vid they did. He had one backstage whilst warming up with Lars. That one was purple

"Back in the day", perhaps the "...And Justice..." tour, Kirk used to play a RG560 w/EMGs for his solo spot every night. He also then proceeded to trash and/or break the guitar, giving away the pieces. Since his brand new ESP and Jackson Rhoads were neck through, and his Gibson V and Les Paul Custom were set-neck, he couldn't trash those in the same way.

Since Lars is tight with the Hoshino/Tama people, getting Kirk a one-off (even if it were just a repainted white Universe) wouldn't be a big deal. Especially since ESP wasn't making sevens.

We know Ibanez has done this for a bunch of "names" who weren't endorsees, such as Kurt Cobain and Dave Navarro. Even Dime was known to have a few Iceman guitars with Floyds (and I'm sure lightning bolts).

looks like everyone's into 7 stringer's these days.i like them to look at but not for playing,6 string is hard enough to play never mind 7 lol

Chicks dig Ibanez players, that is well proven fact

That white RG looks really nice.

One day would love to hear story behind that Kirk's UV. And also see some more pics, that thing has never been in production...
