BFP and GMC question

BFP: evilbay no. 120117015325, I don't think its a chibanez but the neckplate seems strange to me, does anyone know what it could be? (big spot in the middle) and the smaler one to the body?

GMC: I could not convince the guy to sell his GMC but maybe you can help me. The colour seems to be strange (seems like green and black messed up, on my gmc and everyone if seen so far they are more seperated), never saw such a swirl, is it genuine? Nevertheless, I love the back but the front isn't that good in my oppinion.

I was nearly sure its genuine, but this "brown" color made me a bit unsure.

Anyone an idea about the BFP?

The BFP looks real to me.

The pickguard has been replaced and maybe the neck plate too. If the owner doesn't have the orignal neck plate anymore then no S/N
