Re: Building a JEM RPG by RafaPG

Hello.
Is very long time ago since I sent my last pic. This summer I've been working as sound engineer in a summer-band and I didn't have too much time to spend on guitars. I hope I will finish soon with DaniJem necks and bodies, so you can see all the work.
Now there are some pics of this JEM:

Building the neck: Maple / bubinga:

the peghead:

The monkey grip is done:

I have the pickguard from **** "etrusc" or something so:

We follow with the neck: The trussrod is installed and the fretboard is ready for "gluing".

Here it is.

And the neck-body hole is made too:

This work is going slowly, but I promise I will finish it!!
Best regards.
(Un saludo para los hispanohablantes)

Looks good! some is going to be very happy with this guitar

Too bad about the chip in the wood at the grip. But that can be fixed.

To all our spanish speakers: doe aub ff normaal en typ engels ipv een andere taal. Is wel zo beleefd.

Re: Building a JEM RPG by RafaPG

Hello again.
I'm not going to post anything. I'm looking for an ibanez edge tremolo, I have one from evilbay but i'll install it on a an RG copy instead this JEM. Anyone knows where to buy a new ibanez edge tremolo (or lo-pro). Any shop?

Thanks
