Building a JEM2K-DNA. Who does good inlay work?

I'm building a JEM2K-DNA. I would like to find someone that can take a Super Wizard neck and duplicate the DNA fretboard. Who should I send it to?

I need to find out, and excuse my ignorance, but what parts of the inlay glow-in-the-dark? I can't seem to find a pic of the fretboard under a dark light or in the dark.

Here's a little piece of a DNA neck. The side dots also glow.
