its probably adjusted ny the other side of the neck, some guitars you have to take the neck off to adjust it.

What on a 02 neck? I have never seen a reverse nut on a JEMs... Im just baffeled.

Just to throw a quick question out there, on Vai's........and apparently this one, what purpose does the green tape serve? Ive seen numerous pics of Flo with tape on the pup right there. Anyone know?

The green tape helps stop you high E string from grabbing on the pup when you do a lot of trem work.

I seem to be having this problem more and more lately, I may have to add tape to mine.

Its bcoz Vai tends to pick violently or doing his vibrato technique crazily, causing the high E string to get stuck underneath the humbuckers.

Hence the tape
