Cleaning the neck - what can I use on my rosewood fretboard?

I was wondering what I can do to keep my fretboard in good condition...what can I rub it down with periodically (with strings on, say after a session or gig) with sweat and oil and such on it. The guitar is a Jem, and it's 10 years old, and plays great. i bought it used. what can i use?
