Custom plus family - Pictures..:-)

Ok, folks, time to drool...:-)
My custom JEM is _done_ ! Here's the scoop:
It's a Custom Wares body (This is in fact Jimm V's *Pinky Flamed JEM). The neck is an RG neck. The logo comes from Little Green Men (Thanks, dude!! It looks killer!), the pickups (Evo's) came out Jay Ratkowski's Jem7vwh!!
As you can see, this baby is build with parts from all you guys! That's why this axe will be named 'The (un)official Jemsite Jem''...
The flamed top is lost. The veneer got damaged by my own stupidity, so I had to remove it. The gold screws are the finishing touch....

On the other pictures you will see my newest member in the Jem family, a used (but in great condition) 7vwh. That will be my main axe. The 7DBK will get sold soon, I think. It's new, but has a little paint crack, so I'll think I'll sell it cheap.

The pictures are in the ftp area. They are:

Thanks all folks. And Brian, feel free to use these on your custom site, as you requested.

I dig it man. *I like the stain (assuming it's a stain). *I also really like the old style neck joint. *For some reason I'm starter to prefer those these days over the AANJ... maybe just because it makes it feel more like a strat.

Good job! *I'd hate to see the import tax bills you have for it though (hehe).

Hehehe....:-)) (I had to pay taxes and stuff for every single part I got out of the states)
But believe me, it was worth it. It plays MUCH better than my 7DBK. Dunno about the 7vwh though
Really, the neck came of a 1987 RG-560. It has been sanded down, feels so perfect now.

Sweet custom Jem.

Looks nice, kinda like neville (if that's what steve's wood grain jem is called).

Nice collection too!

But I'd have to say the official Jemsite JEM would be glen's custom. Now that was a sweet guitar. I still reckon that's one of the best looking Jem's I've ever seen.

your's could be "the official Jemsite JEM jr." * (just kidding)

I almost did. And then the 7vwh came along, which had (although faded) gold hardware onboard...
