Debating on hardware and pickups...

So im about to order the bridge and the rest of the hardware for my project. I was thinking gold hardware with black pickups but im not sure how it will look. Im also going to use a clear pickguard. Heres what the body looks like.

I think the chrome may stand out a little too much, maybe more of a cosmo or cosmo black would be more subtle

Gold looks cool.

You could try a black pickguard with white pickups

I think from an aesthetic point of view it will depend on what neck you're going to use.

I'd go for black hardware and black pickups if you're going for a rosewood or ebony board, but probably cream pickups and gold hardware if you're having a maple board.

I like the idea of a dark fingerboard and dark hardware for a really moody looking guitar

Yea Ive got a neck from a 570 coming. I really like the black pick guard with white pickups but I already have a set of evolutions in black. I might put them in my other project and get the white pickups...
