DY neck thickness

The neck on my latest DY is a bit thinner than the profile on my other 777s. I'd say it's probably half way between the 'standard' 777 profile and a wizard profile. Anyone else ever come across this? I'd like to find another DY neck to replace this one if that is a possibility.

I think there was more variation in the neck thicknesses back then, in truth most of the DYs i've tried have had thicker necks than more modern JEMs

My 1998 jem7v has a much thicker neck than my 89 vdy and my custom swirl I built that has a 88fp neck fitted. I cant comment on how thick the necks are on todays jems as I have never felt the need to try one.

Thanks for the replies. I wasn't referring to necks for modern Jems, but rather for the 777 series. Also, the VDY would have a thinner neck as these were built using the wizard profile (not the Jem profile).

Mine have all for the most part been pretty uniform. This latest one is just the thinnest one I've come across (obviously).
