Yeah, that whole "having to pay" part really sucked

I probably paid a bit too much for it, $6000, but I like the swirl and it is in practically unplayed condition. I'm not one of these guys who buys them just to turn around and sell them, it was a labor of love, a loooong wait until I found her. I am very very sure I will be holding on to her until she is worth well more than 6K so I don't mind paying a bit more than I should if I want one bad enough. These don't come around with a nice swirl in this kind of shape often enough for me to say no to it.

The ATDs were never my favorites. Always liked the MKRs more. But yours is IMO the best looking ATD or maybe uv77mc i ever saw. And in that condition.....wow. Maybe 6000 USD is not a bargain, but alright for that guitar. Have fun with it

You know what I think of the swirl vs $'s, these things are just getting crazy when they're aproaching DNA $'s. The condition is it's best aspect IMO, but as long as you're happy with it that's all that matters. I had a feeling that "patience" lesson didn't stick for very long

$6000 for that UV!, she is sweet Gilky and I suppose if I was wanting that ATD, I would be prepared to spend £3k on it, if you really wanted it then why not!. Also that is one of the finest UV swirls I have seen IMO. I have seen a few ATD UV's which have just been absolutely ugly, like the one on the Bay a few months back, someone recommended it to you Kevin, When you put up an Add saying you where on the lookout for one.

Yeah, I suppose after getting my DNA for less than $3300 a few months ago I didn't mind having to go a little higher on the UVMC. And yeah, there aren't many that I really like, most look like dooky like that one you mentioned from the bay. Not one bid on that one.
