Factory Tuning.

My E (low) chord on my VSBL is not in tune, I am going to replace the strings but for now I'd like to just know how to tune it easly. I'm not 100% sure how to unlock the guitar seems I just got the JEM less than a week ago, I have searched but haven't found much help. So if anyone could help me tune the E to scale it would be greatly appreiciated.

It really sounds like your a beginner, or at least a novice to the guitar. I highly recommend Rich's site (nice swirl banner at the top of the page here). He has extensive info posted on how to set up a guitar. In regards in how to tune your low E string, just use a nice tuner like everyone else.
