family picture - Neville and her 5 sisters

Took a couple of quick pictures today. First pic has 7vwh, neville, and 10th:

http://jemsiteforum.com/sharefiles/i...e=08050006.JPG

Second has pmc, bfp, and dna:

http://jemsiteforum.com/sharefiles/i...e=08050008.JPG

You'll notice something a little strange on the bfp. Someone installed an on/off switch on it. Not the end of the world, but annoying. Other then that it is in pretty good condition...

Definitely getting hard to pick a guitar to play :-) Current favorites are the pmc, dna, and nev. Now if I could only find a nice uv77mc I'd be a happy man ;-)

*sigh*
What a beautiful collection, I'm now in despair

So tell us,
Did Steve or Mike leave any skills on Nev that you were able to scrape off?

Great guitar's, enjoy them all...always.

After a second look...(yeah yeah I couldn't help myself)
It's quite obvious Nev, DNA and PMC are your players, the "ready at the drop of a hat" picks give it away

But on further reflection, do I sence you may be too scared to stand up and jump around with Mr. DNA?...he seems to be lacking the quick release straps

That certainly is a good looking family your got there, Roland. I love the headstock on Neville - black with all gold hardware. Really nice.

It's cool to hear that you are playing your guitars and not just collecting.

thanks. neville and the pmc came with the strap locks on them, that is why the dna doesn't have them. The picks definitely gave away my favs :-) Neville came with 4 of them and I switched over to them from the nylon picks I was using, big improvement.

I recently bought one of those fender guitar stands (looks like a case, opens up and holds seven guitars) and it works great.

Thankfully my wife hasn't divorced me, otherwise I'd have to blame this site :-) I started in April with the 7vwh from Rich's site and its all been downhill since then :-)

My friends think I'm crazy ("you can't play more then one at time, why do you need so many?"), but I'm having fun ;-)

What a peculiar place for a kill switch... (?)

Damn. Someday, people, I will have a guitar collection full of desirable models only - including axes bought off rock stars - just to annoy everybody. Just like this one, in fact.

That is a gorgeous collection, Roland. I think I'd improve as a player just being in the same room as guitars like that. Roll on Jemfest 2001.5!

Nice little assortment of goodies. I particularly like the swirl on the DNA. So...let me get this straight, you bought all these guitars since April 2001? Wow, I would definitely be in a coffin somewhere! I recently picked up 1987 Desert Yellow bringing my total to three Jems since January 2000. I am now looking for a UVMC with nice swirl, and I'm quite positive that my wife WILL kill me!!! One question, do you play all these or just some of these? ---Ron
