Favorite JEM pickups?

Hey,

* * just wondering what everyone's favorite JEM pickup combinations are... Personally I love the PAF Pros. They are great for cleans and are very nicely compressed for a very smooth distorted tone when soloing up above the 12th fret. I love the way the PAF Pro kind of "holds" each note you pick for a split second, it really makes things very articulate. * However, I think they don't just have that flat out mean cutting edge that you need for a wicked, ripping*Jake Lee/George Lynch type tone. For that I've found the Evolutions to be really amazing. *They have such a good treble response without sounding shrill. *I think they are perfect for rhythm and tapping stuff, and some leads. *I prefer most of my picked lead parts to be played on a PAF Pro, and the tapping stuff on the Evolution. *

So, anyway, what do you guys like? *I plan on putting a PAF Pro in the neck position whenever I get my 7vwh.

I tried an EMG 85 in the bridge of my DBK, and I like it a lot. *I may get flamed for this, lol, but I just wasnt completely happy with the Breeds that came with it. *They sound *good for many things, but just dont fit my personal tastes. *I do like the PAF pros a lot, although Ive found the Evos' to be a little on the harsh trebly side. *imo

Breeds definitely. *Much more diversity in tone. *Hotter than the PAF Pro, but not as hot as the EVO. *Definitely a good rock pickup that can deal out nice blues also. *

Can someone sorta describe the tone of each of the JEM pickups in all positions? *I'm curious to know which would suit me best, if any.
