Help Identifying a Jem (Real or Fake)

Hey, i'm in the market for a Jem77BFP, and out of the couple on E Bay right now, there's one im particularly interested in. I really don't know how to tell a fake from a legit jem so i'm looking for a bit of help.

I know enough that these were only made from 1991-1994, so the fact that the guy is guessing its an 1988 is showing some ignorance to the instrument, but the serial starts with 91 so im guessing its a 1991 model...

Anyways, the item number is 380113940334, if anyone could loan a few minutes to it I would appreciate it.

as far as the instrument itself, it looks legit; normal body shape, real lo-pro, logos etc.

i'm guessing the guy's just got the date wrong.

Definitel real, he just doesn't know the date, anyway what is that shiny thingy at the lower side of the body.

dont think ive ever seen a fake blue floral jem.yep that one looks ok

you can tell it's not a fake, too much filler in the inlays lol seriously tho, the headstock is peeling by the looks of it, if IF it comes off in 1 piece it's an easy repair, if not you'll just have to refin it black as the material rips
