help me out with these choices! - which jem to purchase

hey guys im in the market now for a new guitar.
i basically been taking a long hard look at the ibanez jems and i think they fit me to a T.
here's the thing, i dont know which one.

the things i know, is that i want the lo pro edge system
for sure, i'd like to have a weird color one but it dont really matter. *evolution pickups are a must.

my style is based on 80's shred metal, and hardcore heavy metal altogether. *

what do you feel is the best one for me?

As far as I know, only 2 Jems come stock with EVO's. the 7vwh (which kicks some serious butt), it has the lo-pro trem. The 555 comes with EVO's too, but its not made anymore, has a crappy tremolo (a TRS), and is korean made. Most people around here wont think twice about bashing that guitar. I could be wrong, but i think those are the only two jems with evos. You could always buy a used jem, like a DY (the wild colors like you said) and just change the pickups to EVO's. It would probalby be cheaper than buying a new or used 7vwh.

brand new your only choice based on the requirements above is the JEM7VWH. The 10s and 90s had Evos too. If you want (or don't mind) a used JEM, you can always swap pickups and this opens up more possibilities. Good luck... glen

Hey why not try to find a JEM7BSB. It has a crazy colour, EVOS, great looking hardware and IMHO one of the better JEMS built. I think it should be relatively easy to get a new, if not a mint condition one where you are. Good luck finding your dream machine.

probably the 7vwh, *they're not much more expensive second hand than the bsb, *and much much more durable, plus they already come with the evo's and most people when they buy a 7vwh very rarely change the pup's otherwise they'd buy a completely different guitar.

hope i've helped.
