Help With a Fake Jem7 Guitar

Hi All,
I recentlly bought a jem7 signatured guitar form **** which turned up to be Fake one.

I have started an issue in the Resolution center of my credit card company and they have asked me to give a signed\official document that says that this is a Fake guitar and I have paid 1600$ for fake one.

The guitar was taken to 9 diffrent stores including the ones that are registered in the Ibanez official site and all of them said that the guitar is a Fake one but none of them agreed to write this official document because they are afraid that the someone can prosecute them for this issue.

Can someone help me with this?
what can I do?
what should I do?

I Can Post pictures of the fake guitar but I am looking for an expert to write this documment after he will check this guitar that I will send him.

i would talk to ibanez. Their lawyers should be interested in this case as well...

Of course, they can clearly state that if your guitar is a fake.

I agree, a couple of months ago I purchased a load of 'D addario' strings it turned out they were fake ,I contacted Daddario uk, sent them the strings gave them the name of the seller. Daddario replaced the fake strings with genuine ones, Im not saying that Ibanez will give you a new guitar but Im sure that its in their interest to help you out with this.

He's an expert in guitars and lawsuits.
For sure he's not afraid to state in writing that your ibanez is a fake.
(but keep in mind your overseas so rules maybe different)
