Well I typed this all out and then got an error when I hit submit

I'll try to summarize it
I'm 19, been playing for probably 8 years now on and off so I'm not as good as I could be, lol. I love music more than anything, played in the school band and such. I love all kinds of music but on guitar, I normally play metal like metallica, some shred stuff, and then just normal rock. I have a sparkly green Ibanez RG(470 or 570), I was 13 when I got it so I didn't pay too much attention to details but I do love the guitar. I also have a Jackson usa select RR1 with skull and cemetary paint job. I put some EMG 81s in it and it screams. It sounds great but the action is a little higher than I'd like but I can't lower it anymore without
fret buzz. I got it maybe 4 years ago for $800 which is a steal since new they are over $2000. Theres just one small chip in it.
Now I also love
Steve Vai. He is my idol when it comes to guitarists. I have all the G3s and some of his cds and the guy just blows me away. His guitars are amazing too but I don't have 2 grand to spend on a guitar. Well about 2 years ago I decided to expand to a 7-string. I was looking at a new silver RG series because the current Universe is like $1899 new from Musicians Friend. Well as luck had it, some guy on **** had up a Universe with case for $600 and I took a chance and bid and won!!!! This guitar is a dream come true. Its is AMAZING. The sound it makes just blows away any of my other guitars and it's light as a feather, I couldn't believe it. It's so beautiful too. The best part is I swear the thing was mint condition. I couldn't find one scratch or chip or dent or anything on it. It was really dusty though so I guess the guy before me just sat it down in it's case one day and never touched it again. If this guitar is this amazing, I wonder how awesome the 6-string Jems must be. I lowered the action and the tremelo just a little and this thing is now perfect for metal or shredding or whatever you wanna throw at it, and no fret buzz either. I included a few pics below, if anyone thinks they could tell me what year it was made, I'd really appreciate it. I think the guy thought it was 97-98. Thanks
