1800 euros mint!?! wow, it should cost a lot in Spain! in Italia it was about 1750 euros NEW. so i assume it would cost about 1300 euros max, if mint.

You can get a good 7vwh on **** in the UK for around £800-£1000 depending on condition. Go to a shop (say in Denmark St, London) and expect to pay £1899!

Re: hey UK/Euro guys...what's a fair price for a '97 7VHW in good condition?
You'll get a brand new 7VWH for E1800-1900 (depends on shipping) in Europe if you shop around.
I wouldnt pay more than about E1500 for a second hand one of ANY year, and probably wouldnt pay more than about E1000 for a '97.
You can pay more if you want (lots of people do...), but you're only helping to propogate the ridiculous prices you see in Europe.
