Question

Re: Home-made Jem 77BRMR

You're seriously going to cover a JEM with silver marker, and expect it to look like a BRMR?

He is going to trade in the jem77vbk, and sign the check for the cash difference with a silver marker.

Re: Home-made Jem 77BRMR

great! can't wait to see it, if it looks good and you give it a clearcoat afterwards it could work. could be awesome as it will be silvery rather than mirror..

Re: Home-made Jem 77BRMR

You are posting a video of you doing it? not sure if its such a good idea to cover a guitar with silver marker, let alone a video of someone having a nervous breakdown when they find out it looks naff, But still it might look good!

One problem, how do you prep the body for clear without sanding the marker off????

OK first and foremost say "Cheese". If you are able to see the reflection of your teeth on the body of your guitar, then I think the project will be a huge success...
