How 2 REMOVE Volume Knob JEM77VBK! Need plastic off

Got a New JEM, 77VBK and took 99% of plastic over the chrome picguard, but there is still some under the volume and tone knobs. I assume you pull them off/UP??!! but wanted to make sure and get any tips from Jem Owners who have already done this.

I used a shirt to pry off the volume knob and the pressure made a small 1/2 centimeter Crack off one of the screws, #$%^!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got this guitar and was eing sooooo careful! I want a mint guitar because you can see the crack, it is near the edge on the bottom volume knob on the bottom screw.

Where do I get a Replacemement for a 2008 JEM 77VBK?

I am pissed. I didn't even scratch it it just cracked around the screw under the mild pressure since the guard was moving upward and the screw was holding it in, physics and bad luck = What are You Gonna do!?

I have 2 on order but it's an expensive fix for just a crack.

Its' easy to remove the vol & tone knobs. Rich has that in his cleaning section I believe. Either way you put picks under the knob until they come off. Rich explains it better & has pics.
