After 12 years of searching & patiently waiting, I finally scored the mother of rare Universes. Thank you to Steve for selling it to me. And thank you to Mike Sherman for the restoration! :yesway:

Dude just lookin at your pics of the headstock logo, just a question, did the original uv777gr logo have universe written in silver or grey? Definately not to burst your bubble bro, i think you did a spankin job, im just confused!! Where did you score the logo from anyway? Again dude, great job

Cheers for that dude!!! Ive never actually seen a uvgr with my own eyes and i guess picks never do it justice so the picks i have seen its hard to make out the colour!! Enjoy mate...looks spankin!!!
