How much is an average price for "this" type of guitar?

I was looking around for some Jem's and am seeing more and more "custom" Jems. How much, on the used market, do these typically go for? Here is the one I saw on "evilbay."

Also, can anyone give me an approximate on how much these customs would cost if I customized it to my own specs?

Problem with these customs is that they do not have resale value at all, unless the luthier is a very popular one. Sims is pretty popular most of the time.

I would guess that going through a customization process on your own, after buying it (say 900) would take you for another 900, depending on what you want to customize.
