You could, pull out your current PUPS, masking tape the area you don't want spray painted. then get some primer do a few coats let it dry, then sand it down with fine grit sand paper. then spray it with the Neon CYAN. Any Auto paint shop will be able to get you thic color or mix you up a version themselves and pump it into a spray can. Should cost $20 to $30 for this.
After youve done that, you
clear coat it a few times, let it dry and it shoudl look exactly how you want.
