I just got a UV777BK

Hey guys, I just got a UV777BK. I must say, its one of the best guitars I have ever played, and maybe the best seven string there is, its really like a Jem7V w/another string.

What's the best way to maintain the guitar? What polishes, cleaners, sprays, oils would be good to maintain the wood, especailly the neck and fretboard? Also, please tell me how to apply each item to what part and with what materials to apply it with.

You can leave out the word "maybe". It definetly is the best 7-string ever.

The maintenance questions have many answers and there's amny different opinions. If you read some of the topics in the tech forum here on Jemsite as well as checking out the main tech pages here, you'll probably get answers to most of your questions.

Congrats on the UV, I can't wait to get rid of mine LOL, no, they are really nice guitars, I just prefer the old UV's to the new ones. *But enjoy it for a long time, you won't be dissappointed!

The tech section here is great, but also check www.ibanezrules.com - the used guitar primer - it is excellent, especially if you're really *picky/particular
about axe care. *The guy (Rich Harris) spent a ton of time and effort on that and it has really helped me. *Good luck and congrats!
