WOW!!! A p1 !!!

I remember ordering my JPM, I wanted a P1, but they were out of production/stock..

I got a P3 instead ( didn't like the 2 )

It has that cool "rock discipline" vibe !!

I like the P2 better but they are all great guitars. I'd prefer one to a JEM.

The pick ups are not as hot as the 7vwh, but are hot enough. The neck pick up really gives those bell like tones that I love. The neck itself is a tad thicker than the 7vwh, but in a good way. Its a pleasure to play.
