Ibanez Jems!

Hey guys,

I just bought a brand new RG7321 and I love it!!!!
Im not really a whammy bar guy and I was wondering what other various RG or Jems there play really well and that have a fixed bridge( I know some of the PG models have fixed bridges but I dont like the fake f holes I think they look stupid)
If I had to use an axe with a bar it would have to be the JEM7VWH's bridge, every time I picked up that axe at ****** it was always in tune!
actully any rg or jem with that bridge would be cool I guess, but I still lean more towards a fixed bridge.
I also dont wanna spend a grand

you could just block the trem if you wanted to. There's a tutorial here at jemsite

If you wanna fixed bridge just for the tuning stability then blocking is an option. However if its for other reasons aswell like the sustain advantage I probably wouldn't go for a blocked jem, extra routing and the blocking itself would lessen any sustain advantage of a factory fixed bridge.

how much sustain is lost using a flyod instead of a fixed bridge do you think.
For the music I play, I need alot of sustain, I love the look of the jems and I think that what I want, now which flyod do you guys think stays in tune the best? also I hate it when I bend a string more than a step up and the rest of the strings sag, that pisses me off! is there a way around that?
Id like to be able to go Vai with it and have it stay in tune. Sorry for the dumb questions but Ive been a Les Paul guy for a number of years now and the last guitar I had with a bar was a ****ty ass ltd that never stayed in tune.
