Ibanez trem block - that little piece some get and some dont

I have a Jem7Vwh and am looking for the trem block that comes with some 7v but not mine. Ibanez sent them with all the Jem10s which is why the peice is crome. The place where I got the guitar has no idea what Im talking about nor does any other shop I call or go to. how do I get one?
